Our Return & Refund Policy

Because every single piece of artwork is custom-printed, handcrafted, and made-to-order just for you, Made By Mumzy does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing choice, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items: Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your canvas print arrives damaged during transit, features a structural manufacturing defect, or displays a misprinted design, we will gladly issue a 100% free replacement or full refund.

 

To report a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us via our support email within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

  2. Provide your order number along with clear, well-lit photos showing the damage or printing defect.

Once verified, we will immediately submit a priority replacement order with our print manufacturing facility at no extra cost to you!
