Fulfillment & Production Time

Because all of our fine art canvas prints are custom-made to order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for production, custom printing, and quality-check wrapping before your order officially ships out from our manufacturing facility.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped across the entire United States.

• Once production and packaging are complete, domestic transit times typically take 3 to 6 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by our shipping carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS). While we do everything we can to ensure your artwork arrives as quickly as possible, Made By Mumzy is not liable for unexpected carrier delays due to peak holiday seasons or severe weather conditions.

Tracking Your Order

The exact moment your artwork leaves our print manufacturing facility, an automated email containing your tracking number will be sent directly to the email address you provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking page to update with initial location scans.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives physically damaged from transit, please contact our support team immediately at terezav2005@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and arrange a replacement order for you.
